Welcome to Compton ART—a studio where you can have Annette Compton, MFA design, illustrate and write what you need to enhance your business. Or study painting and drawing with a professional illustrator and designer who has her MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.

As a graphic designer, she has helped authors and publishers shape their vision into books, brochures and marketing material since 1986. Study painting and drawing in a weekly class or workshop. Author of Drawing from the Mind, Painting from the Heart, she encourages your growth as a creative person. She has taught painting since 1991 for the University of Vermont, Lebanon College as well as at workshops around the world in France, Scotland, Italy, Bermuda and throughout the United States.

"As the former president and signature member of the Vermont Watercolor Society, my work hangs in many private collections. I am also a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and have illustrated the award-winning children's book, God's Paintbrush."
