Graphic Design was a natural outgrowth of working in the printing industry. In 1988, Annette bought her first Macintosh, allowing her to do her own typesetting and eliminating the need to use pens to rule mechanicals. Now the pens are used for illustration and the computer is a laptop that she takes with her on workshops or to meetings to manage her client's work efficiently and productively. |

Working for a variety of small businesses enabled her business to grow. Original work included catalog design but her portfolio expanded to architects, real estate companies, and local retail shops.
