A workshop in landscape painting in watercolor on the beautiful island of Bermuda will inspire both experienced and beginning students. The week-long class focuses on the unique colors and beauty of the island. Techniques in watercolor are explored on site as well as expressive color theory to create memorable paintings in a variety of locations including the townscapes of picturesque St. George's, Hamilton and other hamlets are covered as well as the beauty of Bermuda's famous pink beaches.

Each day, outings are structured to include teaching time, balanced with reflective time to paint, at which point personalized instruction can take place. Demonstrations will punctuate some of the sessions and a delightful lunch break at some of the most charming restaurants will separate the five to six hours of painting per day. Evenings relaxing at your guest house will recharge you for your next day of inspiring vistas.

In 2000 and 2001, we stayed for six nights and seven days during the first week of May. Each participant is responsible for his or her own air travel to St. George's, Bermuda. The package price is inclusive of all hotel accommodation, travel on the island, three meals a day and instruction.
